I n today's world,  everyone requires motivation. They require motivation to study, motivation to exercise and many more. In short we all required motivation for everything. So what you can do to motivate yourself? 1. Set a Goal            The first thing you can do is set a goal for yourself. Goals can be short-term, long-term, personal. Short-term goals are goals that you want to achieve in near future or in limited times. While long-term goals are the goals that you want to achieve after some years.You should write all your goals on paper. and stick that paper in your bedroom, that'll always remind you what you have to do. Always remember never set the goal which is not achievable in the time period set by you.
