How to Motivate Yourself
In today's world, everyone requires motivation. They require motivation to study, motivation to exercise and many more. In short we all required motivation for everything. So what you can do to motivate yourself?
1. Set a Goal
The first thing you can do is set a goal for yourself. Goals can be short-term, long-term, personal. Short-term goals are goals that you want to achieve in near future or in limited times. While long-term goals are the goals that you want to achieve after some years.You should write all your goals on paper. and stick that paper in your bedroom, that'll always remind you what you have to do.
Always remember never set the goal which is not achievable in the time period set by you. Start by setting daily goals like I want to complete my maths homework, I will watch one movie today etc.
When you complete all the daily goals, you'll gain confidence and if continue this then you'll master this and your life becomes easier to live.

2. Start Meditation
Start Meditation, meditation will help you to concentrate on things and help your mind to be in the stable state. I've always heard, when it comes to meditation first thing comes to everyone mind is that how to meditate. So don't worry I'll tell you how to do meditation. You may have heard that for doing meditation first you should find the place where no-one will disturb and for meditating you've to concentrate and stop thinking anything. But that's not possible, our mind never stops thinking it's like a monkey that always speaks. So the question remains unanswered that how to meditate. To meditate you just have to focus on your breath and assign the task to your mind to see them in and out of the breath.You can do it anywhere anytime. Meditation will clear your mind and help to think in right way.
3. Start Daily Exercise
You should join a gym, that will help your body and mind to be fit. If you don't want to go gym then start running daily, it'll also help. If possible find a partner who can join you. Having partner will not bore you, and will enjoy doing exercise.
4. Find A New Hobby
You can find a new hobby for you, like collecting stamps, photography etc. That'll keep you busy from the distraction in your life. If you focus on your hobbies and take much interest in them then you can make it your passion.
5. Start thinking Positive
Negative thinking is one of the reasons for your distraction. So to stop that you can start thinking positive. Never think about the result, always focus on your work. Because if you focus on winning rather than working for winning then you may be lost your track. So always think positive.
6. Stay Away from the Negative People
Sometimes the reason you are not able to do anything can be the reason, because of people around you. People who are always demotivating you are indifferent. So, what you have to do to stay away from them, first thing stop going out with them, never let them control your life and feelings. You should be the one who can control your life and feelings. Go out and meet new people and make new friends, that'll help you to stay away from them. And, last but not least, stop thinking about them, stop thinking about what they think about you, it's not your job to control what others think, but it's your job to control, what do you think. Always think good about yourself and others, because we all are human beings and we all need someone to love us, someone who cares about us and someone who should be always with us in our bad times and our good times. If people in your life is not like that, then, I'm sorry mate, it's time to move on and stay away from them.

You can't achieve anything in one day, you have to keep patience, and focus on your work rather than the result, let your work decide the results.
